EDIBLE PLANTS & BLUE ZONE WALK THE HAGUE CITY CENTRE
Even in full The Hague city centre: edible plants. Around us, all the time. Which ones? What to know about them? How to enjoy, safely?
And what makes them grow here anyway??? (You will be surprised about that!!!)
Join an instructive and social The Hague city centre walk:
The woman on the right knows everything about edible plants: Kitty, from Kit’s Kitchen, she even goes on her knees for us all:
And why? Well, ‘eat more plants, confidently’ is 1 in 9 key elements in the 5 world famous Blue Zones, full of happy healthy 100 year olds. You see the other 8 around the one that disguises ‘eat more plants’= eat only enough (top left):
Why 1: ‘eat only enough’ is what we do easier when eating more plants. But how? How easier? How with pleasure? With knowledge? With confidence?
Why 2: of course all the other 8 key-factors typical for the Blue Zones are dealt with, illustrated, in a way that helps you recognizing án personally apply it even at home.
Why 3: you like a good laugh!
This will be an inspirational and personal exchange and experience, full of good friendly energy!
Saturday 2 June 2019, from 10AM to 12AM.
Start and finish at Prins Hendrikplein, on the centre of this square: you see stone turtles, no magic mushrooms needed! 🙂
