MONTHLY LUNCH BREAK WALKS THE HAGUE: INSPIRATION FOR LIFE

Escaping shops and social obligations.
Feeding yourself with healthy positive input.
Allowing yourself to stop and wonder as well.

In 10 monthly 2018-sessions, on fixed days in the month:
– walking
– stopping to exchange
– so no work-out
– although you learn a lot of tricks making running work-outs better and funnier

Themes, possibly:

  • create a green wave: where and how to follow green, and why?

  • visualisation: positive walking/running, technique

  • visualisation: positive meditation & mindset

  • nature energy: how and why to connect to nature

  • smart breathing on the long run: how and why

  • mega, mini and even micro breaks: how and why

  • friendly communication with your self: compassion

  • focus and mindfulness: what is the result?

  • competitiveness: recognize and neutralize

  • simple useful elements in new school running concepts, also walking

  • pick your tribe, persons, places: positive choices

  • (more) courage and freedom and adventure and sparkle: how and why?

A body & mind-mix, exchanging also some insights from life-experience, in addition to many best-practices directly from new school body&mind-concepts, ALL WALKING:
– mindful run,
– freerunning,
– barefootrunning (with your shoes on),
– trailrunning,
– pose-running,
– chi-running,
– name a new hip one? Greek Sofrology?
All full of handy elements, reducing inefficient impact on your body, and mind.

We cherry pick freely! And enjoy deeply.

When precisely?
Second Fridays of the month, so the first session is on 8 December 2017. Start at 12.10 and finish at 13.10.
